Building products that add value, from 0→1 to scale
I'm someone who came up through the scrappy end of startups — closing deals, running experiments, owning launches, and occasionally doing all three in the same week.
At Fam, I've taken products from zero to scale, improved metrics that actually matter, and learned that the best product decisions usually come from spending more time with users than in meetings.
I'm drawn to problems that feel messy and important. The kind where there's no obvious answer, no existing template, and real stakes if you get it wrong.
